2025 Uniform Code Update

We have received notice that, until further notice, the implementation and enforcement of the 2025 provisions of the Energy and Uniform Code that prohibit the installation of fossil-fuel equipment and building systems in new buildings have been suspended by court order. We will provide updates as we receive them.
