Planning Board Public Hearing - 164 Auburn Rd

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Lansing Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, 28 July 2025 @ 6:30 PM in person at Town Hall, 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York, on the following matter:

PUBLIC HEARING: Hearing of an application for Site Plan Review made by Andy Sciarabba for 164 Auburn Road TPN 31.-1-15.21 located in the IR zoning district.  The applicant is applying for Site Plan Review of a multi-phased professional office park and associated site work including parking and storm water. This action is classified as being Type I under SEQRA and will require further review.
