You may want to call prior to showing up at the office to make sure someone will be in the office to assist you. We do not accept personal checks, you may pay with either cash (exact amount only), money order, certified checks, made out to "Lansing Town Court" or Visa / MasterCard, (a 2.99% service fee will apply) no phone transactions will be taken. NOTE:  US funds only; exact amount required.There is a court drop box available 24hrs a day located on the west side of the building. During this time of COVID we are asking that you use the drop box if at all possible, a receipt will be mailed to you.

Small Claims

• Up to$1,000.00 : File Fee $10.00
• Between $1,000.00 and $3,000.00 (maximum): File Fee $15.00
• Forms for small claim cases will be provided by the court.
• Summary proceeding/evictions, civil (you must speak to court staff to schedule a court date): $20.00 File Fee
